Through her experience as a celebrity movement coach, professional dancer and choreographer, Aisha Francis has evolved into a passionate dance expert that coaches both dancers and women all over the world. Her signature movement is focused on sensual feminine dance in heels. She currently hosts professional dance workshops for dancers in the industry, as well as hosts confidence-boosting "Pump Camp", designed to empower women to look and feel confident while dancing in their heels. Born in New York, Aisha grew up in a household of dance where her mom, Vicki Bails, was a professional dancer, model, actress and singer on Broadway. At the age of 19, Aisha was inspired to go to Hollywood in hopes to advance her career. Her change in location paid off when she landed a gig as a cheerleader for the Los Angeles Lakers.
