Both Midoriya and Bakugo were forced to partner together and fight All Might. The battle these two characters are fighting is far from just physical. This injury was one of the most significant for him, and he was left with even more damage to the bones, tendons, and ligaments. Does Deku consider using his legs in the first place? For the most part, the OVA is a fun extra episode with not much happening other than the 1-A kids getting hands-on rescue training.
