I told her I couldn't wait that long since this tool is my everyday work tool. She saw my frustration and took it back for the technician to take a look closer look at. To my shock and surprise, the technician said it was something he could do real quick and when I say quick, I got it back repaired under 10 min. They both made my day and I don't have many good days.
