The synopsis of Donquixote Doflamingo from the One Piece anime and manga franchise. Doflamingo was born to the family of the Celestial Dragons in Mary Geoise. Then one day, Doflamingo's father, Donquixote Homing decided to revoke all his privileges as a Celestial Dragon alongside the rest of his family and wanted to live in the world with people who did not have the privileges as the nobles. As a result of his decision, the Donquixote Family left Mary Geoise and made their way to the North Blue to live the rest of their lives in peace.
