Dragons dogma stats
Dragons dogma stats are numerical values representing a character's physical and magickal abilities - they primarily represent ability in battle, and can affect some other physical activities such as running. As the Arisen and pawn gain levels all primary stats increase, with the amount dependent on Vocation - for details see Stat Growths.
This is for people who were curious about what the stat growth is. These levels determine ONLY what skills are availible to learn per weapon, per class and what augments and core skills passives you can learn from that class. Take note that YOU level up based on experience. Your vocation actually doesn't care about experience points. Instead it cares about dicipline points Advanced locations take about 1. Because of this, you can actually level all of the vocations you don't really plan on using without ever gaining levels on your character.

The character's Vocation will determine the specific Stat growths from leveling up. It is therefore important to be mindful of picking the right combinations. As a character becomes more proficient in their vocation, they rank up up to a maximum of Rank 9 by spending Discipline points, and unlocking skills for players and pawns. Characters earn Discipline Points as a percentage of the amount of XP gained from each kill or quest completion. Total experience contributes to the character's main level, that determines the base stats of the player, and is independent of vocation rank.
