Pick up Medli, stand on the ramp and throw her across to the door. Next, equip your Deku Leaf and hover over to her. Pick her up and open the door. Defeat all the guards, then carry Medli up the stairs. With Medli on your shoulders, jump towards the pillar straight ahead of you.
