At Tandon, I am a member of the Biomedical Engineering Society and Womentorship, both of which have led me to meet very valuable people in my field and beyond. The fast pace of New York always motivates me to go out of my comfort zone and get to know the people I share this city with, through conferences and clubs like above. Currently, I have a research position in the Truong Lab, where I work on a project that will enhance cell therapies through HLA matching.

I graduated from Hacettepe University, Modern Turkic Languages and Literatures in and started my master's degree in the same year. Learning a new language has always been exciting for me. Language is first and foremost a means of communication. In addition, it provides an environment where people can reflect their feelings and thoughts most comfortably.
