The very first Eddsworld era, the "classic" era , began when Edd Gould started sharing content online. The earliest-surviving animation from this era is Edd , though there were other animations shared before this one. Space Face was finished by Paul ter Voorde , an animator and longtime friend of Edd's. This era ended after TomSka handed control of Eddsworld to Edd's family following the release of The End Part 2 and twenty additional comics.
