T hirty-seven years ago and fresh out of college, Scott Girner founded Aloha Pools. This led to a new division, called Elite Pools. Hence, the current company name: Elite Pools by Aloha. Having earned several certifications, Girner positioned himself as a pool builder with a high level of specialized expertise, which he views as essential for delivering a large volume of quality products. Elite Pools by Aloha, a Carecraft affiliate, controls nearly all phases of construction by completing them in-house. For the few operations that they need to bring in contractors, they have a quality control staff member ensure the same level of performance and end-user product that they themselves guarantee.
