This mattress is suppressed to help with cooling and temperature regulation during sleep, which is a problem for me as I have damage from MS in the areas of my brain that regulate body temperature, however, for the first three nights sleeping on it I have experienced night-sweating like almost never before aside from when I've been desperately ill. My only complaint is with the delivery company UPS. I slept on the Emma NextGen Premium mattress for a month, along with my partner, and we found it to be good in terms of comfort, support and motion isolation, excellent when it comes to temperature regulation, and decidedly lacking in edge support.
