Make sure if you are not using all your hero slots that you fire heroes you don't want when you are about to get a new hero - otherwise you won't get a new one! Your CP limit is often an odd number, requiring you to build a single Corvette or Destroyer to pad out the fleet. It has an improved science exploit and a better engine. They will also not adapt quickly to you changing your card choices if they start trying to counter your pattern.
