We're not going to lie, our application process is longer 15 steps , we try and collect everything we need from you so we can quickly review your application once it's submitted. There, you will see available shifts in your area. You can browse available shifts in your app. You will get notified once you've been confirmed for a shift and see it in your schedule.

Also when I'm trying to clock out at certain facilities its says no Geo location thing available even though its all on and open on my phone. Direct communication with facilities - chat with long term care facilities in real-time about any questions or concerns you may have about working at their facility. I have been having someone at the facility I normally pick up at approve my timecards well before the due date and yet my pay ends up coming late on Thursdays when I normally would get it somewhat earlier. There is no leniency for the workers. When a nurse applies for an InstaSHYFT, they do not need to wait for a facility manager to confirm them, they will be instantly booked for it.
