Eufy homebase 2 red light meaning

I had this setup for closer to a month and suddenly last Thursday the status light switched to red. I tried to hard reset after about 14seconds pushing down the reset button it says unable to connect to internet.

This issue normally occurs when you try to configure your brand new HomeBase, but can also occur on your already configured HomeBase after power outage.
