The instructors are all high energy and put together a great workout. You can take classes to learn about proper boxing form, or stick to more fitness classes which are almost always very challenging. The gym is large and spacious to avoid class change crowding, the locker rooms are spotless, and the vibe was great. I took a train live class with Kelli and she was very thorough in her explanation of each exercise. Overall 5 stars — will come to fight again!
