The vinyl covering fell apart and as we are seasonal residents the year warranty was up before it became apparent we had a trashed chair. Jessica in customer service worked with us and in the end was successful in getting us a full credit from the manufacturer for the original cost of the chair. You can't do better than that! I would never recommend this furniture store to anyone. It took months to get the furniture that was damaged replaced.
