So, is a Fit4Less membership worth it? The Ottawa Bridlewood location is above a food store and it was a little difficult to find. Once I got there, the guy at the front desk checked me in and gave me a quick tour of the gym. The other members who were working out while I was there were older individuals. I found the layout of the Ottawa Bridlewood club a bit strange. This room also had a hyperextension bench, medicine balls, and hex dumbbells. The floor in this room is hardwood, which made me hesitant about deadlifting in it.
