Fitbit charge 5 not getting notifications

I can no longer receive alerts for text messages or phone calls since just before big update. I thought big update would help.

Recently bought the Galaxy S23 phone. Phone has all updates. Fitibit app has all updates. Customer service wasn't able to assist with this. I have ALL notifications and permissions to same already set properly.
