Fitbit not showing heart rate

Since update I can no longer see current heart rate on dashboard, just - - bpm, fitbit not showing heart rate, it is tracking and I can see resting HR and look at past data. Go to the Best Answer. Let me explain to you that if you want to see your heart rate on the Fitbit app, your Charge 2 should be syncing so you can see your heart rate data live, and also you have to make sure that your BPM are being tracked at the same time.

Hello group Set-up went well however it appears that the BPM Sensor is not working properly. When i remove it from my wrist and place a finger on the sensor it will turn green intermitantly. Is anyone else experiencing this problem. Any ideas?

My active heart rate is not showing up on my dashboard. Resting heart rate does. This has been for over a day. I read that it might be a weak signal, but should come back after a short walk. You've followed everything I suggested, so I'd recommend now syncing your tracker and then please uninstall and reinstall your Fitbit app. Let's see if this brings your live heart rate back. I've used my charge 2 for over a year now. I've always started a run via the "track exercise" method in the app. This gives me the cues and the GPS tracking. Glancing at my charge 2 during my run my HR has been displayed as normal. However post run there is no heart rate data. No average, nor the usual graph showing it going up and down during the run. I've tried resyncing and resetting the device.

When you set your Inspire to On Clip, it automatically turns off features, including heart-rate tracking, automatic exercise tracking, Active Zone Minutes, and Water Lock. So to fix it, all you need to do is change your Fitbit Inspire to the on-wrist standard. If not, reboot your Inspire by going to the Settings app and tap Reboot Device. In order to read your heart rate, your Fitbit Inspire 2 needs skin contact, so if you left the setting to the on band option on-wrist but put it inside the clip, it would not be able to track your HR since there is no direct contact with your skin.
