Update I lost the internet again over the weekend. I now setup NirSoft PingInfoview with a constant ping to the fizz modem giving the exact time the outages occur. I lost connection to wifi for some reason and while my network shows up on the list of available networks, it is no longer on my account and I am unable to add it.
