They turned out to be a really easy way to add some cute Halloween decorations to our front porch, but you could hang them anywhere for easy decor. I tried a couple methods of creating these hanging hats with two lighting options, and I'll share both here. You can either use a sewing needle to thread the fishing wire through the hat or flip the hat inside out and feed the fishing wire through the top of the hat where the seam meets and then flip the hat right side out again. Then we took the hats outside and Thomas installed a few screw eye rings to the porch and we tied the fishing wire to those to hang the witch hats.
