I bought the most expensive 4 tickets available on their website and then I travel with family all the way from Sydney to Madrid thats 23 hours in the air plan to see the game and just 6 hours before the match start we received our tickets in different rows 2 by 2 in result of that we lost our money and had watch the game from our hotel room. They could not help they did do any thing.

I have recently purchased tickets from several sites, and whilst I have had mixed experiences, this site was by far the worst. I bought tickets for a football match, received confirmation by email and again in a phone call on the day of the match, and even an assurance in an online chat saying they would be sent soon.
