Fuji Japanese Steakhouse located in Gambrills offers fresh fish everyday, a wide variety of Sushi, Sashimi, Maki and rolls and other Japanese delights. We also serve Hibachi, the traditional Japanese barbecue. I legit can't believe this place isn't ranked higher. The dough is delicious, the toppings aren't skimpy and the staff has always been pleasant. We legit only order from here and are so happy we Used to work right by this place. And aside from Pizza Hut this was the only other place that made me love their pizza! Small carry out place that only has a few chairs. A typical pizza menu. Awesome food. Cute interior. Used to get a soup and salad with the Hibachi, now you only get the choice of one. The costs have gone up and Not to mention the cooks used to have a personality and seemed to enjoy the work they were doing entertaining the customers. Not somewhere I plan to come back to. It was conveniently located near our hotel so stopped in for dinner. We were seated immediately since we didn't need to be at the Hibachi tables. I usually have pretty high expectations of Japanese food since that is my heritage and I would say they The Age Tofu was very tasty and piping hot. Their sauces were spot on for the flavors. The tempura was tasty but the batter was a little too thick and heavy.
