My wife and I like trying new restaurants and we selected Fusion 27 this past week.

They've made some improvements. It's much cleaner than it had been in the past. Parking is still a bit tough, but that's not exactly the fault of the store. Staff is friendly and moves the crowd Can't speak to the service as we ordered takeout. Out of everything I ordered.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! We were there 3 weeks ago. I originally went for the gnocchi dish that is on the regular menu but they were out of that so I had the stuffed pork chop special. OMG it was fabulous! We are going back again this Saturday night and I can't wait! Lovely dining experience. Food was excellent. Jose and staff were very accommodating. Will be returning soon. Highly recommend!
