The front camera was not repaired at all. Initially little contact was made. Had to reach out several times to get status. We are happy with the results, as far as we can tell.

Not being a snob, just stating a fact. There was lots of communication from Jim which was very nice to see. Workmanship is excellent my auto was repaired in just a few days. Very happy. Brittany continued to keep me informed on everything that was happening with my vehicle. She is very friendly, helpful, and understanding.

I do appreciate the text updates so we were aware of where we were at in the process. Thank you. The repair itself looks great and is so well done. However, the inside of my vehicle just stinks. It smells like the inside of a garage and I just can't get the smell to go away. Thank you for all you guys, dear. You guys did a great job in my car. They repaired my car in a timely manner and it looks brand new. They went above and beyond by cleaning the inside and washing my car as well. Troy was amazing throughout the whole process! The repair time was very fast and Troy kept me in the loop the whole time. I picked my vehicle up Friday. Once I got it home I noticed the tralier hitch bezel was still scratched and obviously not replaced. Contacted Gerber today and left a message to get this resolved but still have not heard back. Jose was absolutely amazing. His level of communication and professionalism was top notch. My car looks fantastic. This was my second car needing body work in the last two months and my experience was exceptional both times. Thank you!! I could have gone without someone leaving a bible on my console for me at pickup.
