If you've caught Gible later in the game, you should have plenty of access to experience candies that will make this even easier. The Coronet Highlands and the Alabaster Icelands are a bit of a way into the game, so realistically you Gible will already be at least in the early twenties for levels, so it will not take very long to reach level
