Long but relatively taut thriller has the ingredients for success, with realistic looking set design, commanding score, competently handled action sequences and stunt-work, and a plot that weaves an engaging tale of sinister ambition and double cross. With out a doubt it was Simon Sabela as Big King who really stole the show with his courage dedication and willingness, without as much as a second thought, to risk his life in order to save others. The rough cut also has Giulgud, Milland and Dillman billed at the same time, whereas the correct version has each actor billed separately. Top credits Director Peter R.
