The food quality is a lot above average for all inclusive hotels variety of snacks and sandwiches,pizza and pasta station ,grii station,souvlaki,gyro,burgers, ice cream Everything there is just AMAZING! Kato Gouves, Pediados. Gouves Waterpark Holiday Resort. Great food! I loved this hotel, there are so many separate pool areas you can always get a sun bed, the food particularly the gyros and chips were amazing, we are still missing them now! Evening entertainment was good and varied. Staff were very friendly and the rooms clean and spacious. Shopping in Heraklion was brilliant and worth the trip. Would never return to this hotel, ever! Don't bank on Jet2 to assist you after returning either. Rooms were filthy in block Stay clear!! Pools were great, giros and stone baked pizzas were the highlight of the holiday. There are a large number of swimming pools.

Love to give a special mention to Stavros in the sports bar, he was always so happy and positive - an asset for the resort for sure. Save time, save money!

My father who is disabled came with us and after explaining the room allocated was not suitable as there were too many steps fir him they relocated to a suitably placed room for him. The food was fab something for everyone.
