The only way to test unobstructed sunlight is to see if you can fill your water jar when standing there during rain. If so, you can use a greenhouse ceiling there.

I think it works in caves, but not under overhangs. It is ontop of a roof and the sun was out and bright.

I'd like to know the answer lol I was wondering how it worked in general tbh. How does it display the benefit to growing? Also how does it affect the growth rates etc? It must've been a glitch on my phone, I don't see the other one anymore actually.
