This self-adhesive sealant tape provides the perfect repair and seal for roofs, gutters, sheet metal, broken roof tiles and on caravans and trailers. To apply, simply dry the area really well and clean with primer or methylated spirits for best adhesion. Peel the backing off the tape and apply over the entire hole or crack in one piece. The adhesive will work on all common building materials, including polycarbonate, and is really that easy to apply! Sika Multiseal BT is UV resistant and has excellent heat stability — unlike bituminous tapes, its not going to melt off your roof if we suddenly get another hot snap! If the gutter's interior is rusting along the entire length, it would be a good idea to paint all of it with the Gripset Betta 1L Weather Seal.
