According to the findings of the study, most of athletes do not prefer to use ergogenic support. Those who use ergogenic support mostly use sports drinks, fish oil, and protein powder. Fatigue and total MET levels do not predict the use of ergogenic support by athletes. As a result, it can be said that adolescent athletes do not prefer to use ergogenic support and although their total MET scores are high, their fatigue levels are at a normal level.
