This state-of-the-art Honda dealership needed a clean, striking exterior to attract car buyers to the hackettstown honda service dealership. A clean aesthetic that incorporated the Honda brand with an open showroom were critical for this project.

This is admittedly a minor gripe compared to all of the weightier issues being discussed here of late, but can't a service department get the actual "vehicle servicing" part right? The vehicle wash at the end is also just fine I brought my car there several months ago for a brake flush and a few other things. I get the car back with loose air cleaner clips and a missing fasteners. The replaced the missing parts for free, but had to order them.

I am looking for a new car to either lease or finance and i really like the new Honda civic's. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience dealing with the salesmen of Hackettstown Honda and maybe if anyone recommends someone who helped them out with their car buying experience. We looked and were intrested in leasing an suv from them.. Ended up leasing a Chevy Autosport Chevy was awesome to deal with! Nice people and I love the service department. So far they have not been pushy. Just don't take the first offer they offer. Bargain with them on the price. I had a lot of issues with Hackettstown Honda.

When I came to the dealership, the first person I spoke to was my salesman, Ignacio Mercado. He was very polite and friendly and I enjoyed working with him throughout the whole process of me getting my new Honda! I was leasing for only a year when I totaled my 18 Civic Sedan. Fortunately, I was immediately able to get into a new vehicle. I decided to go with a Civic Coupe this time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and a fast transaction.

I told them that her power steering fluid was low and needed topping off before servicing. Oil was changed, nothing else apparently done. I guess you could say "fool me once, shame on you , fool me twice, shame on me" but I would really like this dealership to succeed. I just don't feel I can trust them to do the servicing the way I expect a Honda dealer to do it.

The replaced the missing parts for free, but had to order them. Honda does however recommend brake flushes every three years and other flushes , fluids like everything else break down and need to be replaced. No odd charges, no gimmicks. Brought it back 3 times, and said tires were over inflated, then under inflated, then finally after I did some research found this is a problem with the programming. Perhaps the old greeter guy might appreciate a tip, too Much more expensive vehicle. I am honest person and get it done the right way. I asked why it was so expenive. Seems like they had it all planned, the timing was OK, and the location was pretty darned good. Sound like a bait and switch. But I do wish you success, you have a big challenge ahead of you. I will say I am astounded at what people will pay at an after market shop like Midas, etc. I'm sure I have been in there at least four times and every time its a different quick fix.
