Following last night's episode 28th November of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! In case you haven't seen the the episode yet, at the end of the episode series hosts Ant and Dec headed down to main camp to announce which of the two campmates would be doing that day's Bushtucker Trial in an effort to win stars for meals for camp. But just before heading into camp they announced Nella was currently being seen by the medic and so was therefore exempt from the next Bushtucker Trial.
