Hearthstone Battlegrounds is a game mode in Hearthstone where eight players hearthstone battlegrounds minion list against each other in a series of 1v1 head-to-heads. The mode mainly revolves around players recruiting minions for their warband, and then deciding on the right placement and strategy for their units, to ultimately end up as the last one standing.

One of the biggest changes in Season Five of Hearthstone Battlegrounds was the introduction of Tavern Tier 7, which came with a host of powerful new minions. Related: Hearthstone: Best Manathirst Cards. Acquiring a Tier 7 minion can take a great deal of effort, though. Here are the strongest minions at the highest level of the Battlegrounds. And while Sanguine Champion did get its stats buffed, that wasn't the core problem with the minion. Since Tavern Tier 7 minions were first introduced, Granite Guardian has been buffed, increasing its Health by eleven. Unlike Sanguine Champion, Granite Guardian does benefit significantly from that increase, but not enough to save it.

Hearthstone battlegrounds minion list

Minions are the lifeblood of any Hearthstone Battlegrounds build, but some of them are more important than others. These are the minions that make or break your entire build when you find them thanks to their sheer power. Here are ten minions that can and often do easily warp the Battlegrounds around themselves. Certain Tier 7 minions would make this list, but they appear so rarely that they have been excluded from this list. A massive boost to Kalecgos, Arcane Aspect came when its effect was changed to activate whenever you triggered a Battlecry, rather than just playing one. As a result, any extra triggers you get from a minion like Brann Bronzebeard will also buff your board. It can be somewhat difficult to get a Kalecgos build started, since many of the pieces you need are at extremely high Tavern Tiers. However, if you can get your hands on Kalecgos early enough, few builds will be able to contest you when it comes to raw stat totals. Murloc builds have a lot of interlocking synergies, and it takes many different pieces to make them work. But at the center of most successful versions is Bream Counter, whose ability allows it to gain stats remarkably quickly. That makes it one of the best options to get summoned by Bassgill and Diremuck Forager, and massively buffs Choral Mrrrglr, which takes stats from minions in your hand. There are a lot of great Murlocs, but Bream Counter is the engine that powers them. There are quite a few ways to make Demon builds work, but one of the best of them relies on the stat-gaining powerhouse that is Floating Watcher. With support from Wrath Weaver and Malchezaar, Prince of Dance, you can damage yourself and buff the Watcher extremely quickly.
