I cancel account with hellofresh because there customer service just don't understand what you say to them. Before even receiving my first order I had 3 lengthy phone calls in regard to an offer I was sent via post that I applied and the offer did not pull through. I was told to put order through as normal and they would apply discount - this did not happen. I have been completely tricked. I was told marketing would be fixing the issue and they did not. Please avoid this atrocious company at all costs!
