Today we headed to the coast to Budva, usually absolutely heaving with people but we actually managed to find somewhere to park and managed to book a boat trip along the coast for a couple of hours. This was quite busy but did give a good perspective of the coastline and some of the dramatic roads we've been driving as you can see them zig zagging up the hillsides from out at sea. We went south along the coast for about 40 minutes calling in at a few other beaches to pick up and drop off and eventually arrived at Sveti Stefan a small almost island joined by a narrow road which is private to the mainland and home of a very post hotel which has the Beckhams, Brad and Angelina and Madonna all as regular guests and Novak Djokovic got married there.. The boat turned back there and headed for Sveti Nikola island where we pulled up by a small cave at the southern end with very blue clear water and here we got a chance to swim from the boat - well I did, can't seem to persuade Andy to get in the water. It was cold but very refreshing after the hot sun. We stayed for just 15 minutes but it was enjoyable.
