Everything about our stay was wonderful. It's a gorgeous hotel with amazing staff, super friendly and helpful and professional. We were there for our anniversary and they really made our stay something special. Would give 6 stars if possible. They treat you like a king. One of the best hotels for customer service I have been too. Clean and professional. It is clearly not a 5 Star UK standard in terms of facilities, but it is not far off. Will be stopping there very soon. Location is great. As good as anywhere else, but it is Delhi so travel is not easy. However, 2 minutes away is a new metro station and you can get anywhere from there.
