If you see that application, click on it and see if a bluetooth device is listed and turned on. If it is listed and turned off, then just click the "Turn on" button. Toward the top of the list of devices you should see a bluetooth icon if you have a bluetooth device installed.

The documentation for bluetooth upgrades is really unclear so after searching for months I'm reaching out to the community. Thanks so much for any help you can give! But a search for the module results in either a wifi card or a bluetooth module, which are not the same part. HP partsurfer shows a photo of a bluetooth module , but all web searches come up with a wifi card. The photo of the part listed as on this website zoom in for a clearer photo than the one on HP parts surfer looks like it has part number , which I've read is part of the bluetooth module by itself. Is this the correct part number of the BT module not including wifi card or perhaps a module interchangeable with ? My wifi card is Broadcom
