The villa is built and lies in an area that is called Orchid IV that consists of 35 houses and two pools. Orchid IV is one of six similar areas that together form Orchid Village. There are several other such villages around in Ban Huai Yang, all built by Thailandfastigheter and mainly owned by Swedes. The villa is in total about square metres of which 24 is a terrace.
