The International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification — more commonly known as ICDCM — is a classification system of diagnosis codes representing conditions and diseases, related health problems, abnormal findings, signs and symptoms, injuries, and icd code 10 causes of injuries and diseases.
