I am currently running iCUE 4. You can update through the app or download the CUE 5 icue 5 from the website.

Always did iCUE updates, I'm not a gamer, this is a work pc for photo editing, I'm a real estate photographer. But this time it didn't, stayed rainbow colors on front fans and random swirling rainbow colors flashing on keyboard. When you click on the 3 dots to the right it says Modify or Uninstall, both are greyed out and aren't operable. I tried to delete it and a dialog box pops up and says 'Folder In Use" 'The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program". Tried all 3 to no avail.

I honestly had many issues in the past for icue software. Upgrade didn't "eat" my earlier configs. Importing backup didn't work. So, what are the major experience with v5? Iits still very buggy or just a bit or much better than v4? Should I wait a bit more for the upgrade?

I have trouble installing ICUE 5. Clicking Next while selecting installation language does nothing. Tried uninstalling v4, cleaning registry, disabling FW and Defender Installation worked fine for me. I just uninstalled icue 4 using revo uninstaller and then installed icue5. Then I re installed version 4. Fixed this by myself. New installer doesn't work if you change system locale.
