Original room was unsafe for children As door did not lock and was directly in front of a fire escape and with two small children this was not good, however they did move us room on second day. Smoke from the neighbor's balcony comes into our room. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment. They have animation for the kids,and it was very nice. Good location, great pools. Very beautiful seafront with many restaurants. Light on balcony goes off at 11pm, would have been good to be able to turn it on if required Staff were so nice, room was a good size, very clean hotel, excellent location, great facilities for children. Area around pool is very slippy. Getting lost all the time! We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site. Location was good Stayed in January Hotel great proximity and very clean , had a few problems with toiletry bottles empty and did not provide clean glasses in the room , staff were pleasant , trainee on reception did not give us the correct information.
