It's the small details: brightly coloured walls, little vases with sunflowers, and music from a Jamaican radio station blaring over the speakers. I've visited Caribbean Island Spice a number of times since I first wandered in a few months ago, and I'm happy to say that the food makes me even happier. I met up with Jason Collins and Barbara Patterson, the mother and son team that own the restaurant, to learn more. Click on the audio player to hear the story.
