Ted has been coaching at Achieve since the summer of It's Ted's goal to use his fascination of physiology to help others reach new heights in their athleticism and health, all while having some laughs along the way.

You can enter in your results freely in whatever format works best for you, so whether your use lbs or kgs, like to keep it simple or write a whole paragraph - you make the rules! The exercise history feature allows you to see your results for a specific exercise for as long as you've been logging your results in the app. This helps you know how to progress from week to week and month to month, and allows you to see how far you've come!

We help people feel comfortable and confident on their fitness journeys! To bring more inclusivity and positive vibes to the fitness space.
