Time to look at the brakes and bearings. The main problem with the brakes is that they are not releasing properly which means the wheel cylinders are not moving properly. These need to be cleaned up so that they move smoothly. First thing is to jack up and remove the wheel, this gives access to the drum. Remove the grease cap, cotter pin, castle nut and washer. Next in line is the small bearing, this normally comes out with the drum rather than separate.
