A passionate sailor, Sam is a much liked industry professional whose known ability for getting things done is respected by Owners and Captains. The first time I realised that some advice I had passed onto a young crew member helped them to get to exactly where they wanted in their career. That was an extremely proud moment. When I first joined this industry I got some great advice and guidance from a gentleman called Adrian J. So being in a position to be able to offer the sort of help and guidance dear old Adrian offered me, is gratifying to say the least.
