As I read this whole thread I realized that I had the same memory as others, the crew didn't know they were dead, and maybe they were working on the plane and that they disappeared one by one, not all at once like they do in Sole Survivor. In the movie, one crew member had bailed out over what they thought was ocean and was rescued hence sole survivor and the rest of the crew went down with the plane and were ghosts. I have tried to find out what movie it was for 20 years, with no luck. But alas, of course, it was not. I do know as a fact. I think he said the title was The Last Survivor.
