Perfect place for a surf getaway. You can literally step off the back patio with your board and be in the water in 30 yards or less. A totally tubular place to stay, watch out for the purple sea erchines they are everywhere. This place K38's Surf House is just a killer place to stay. The food is very fresh, smoked Marlin tacos, whole fish Usually Red Snapper fried, fresh steamed vegetables, locally grown, all the beers you can drink and a huge bonfires every night and all this costs is cheap. A table of people with all the food and drinks came out to like 70 bucks or so, it's perfect. I can't wait literally to drive back down there.

K in Baja Norte is an exposed reef break that has very reliable surf and works all around the year. Offshore winds blow from the east. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the best swell direction is from the west. Both left and right reef breaks. When it's working here, it can get crowded. Watch out for rocks.
