We stayed here 3 nights while waiting out Tropical Storm Beta. The park is small, but not tight - we had enough room to put up a portable dog fence without encroaching on our neighbors. Plus the rates are budget friendly. The owner was very helpful and friendly. This is not fancy and that suits us just fine. The place was clean, all the hookups worked correctly and our spot was level. It's located a few miles south of Kenedy.

This is a beautiful RV park. There are large spaces with trees and grass and picnic tables. It's very secure there's a nice laundry thats a one dollar a load. The big H-E-B grocery store in the super Walmart definitely worth the 10 minute drive. Great Wi-Fi service and with Wi-Fi calling all phones work well. We were camping at Magnolia Beach, about 80 miles away, when we got the alert that a tornado watch was in effect.

Very nice place with some mesquite trees, plenty of space between the RVs, a new Laundromat and the RVs they rent are in great shape and they come with housekeeping. Brown's Corner RV is…. There's an HEB, Walmart and your basic fuel and fast food places in town about 9 miles away. We would totally stay here again.
