She is a gigantic version of the toy created by Playtime CO. She is first seen on a few posters in Chapter 1, before making a physical appearance in Chapter 2 as a minor ally, and later becomes the tritagonist of Chapter 3. Unlike almost all of the other toys in the factory, who are very hostile to those who enter, Kissy Missy appears to be sweet and helpful towards the Player, assisting them both in the second and third chapters.

Kissy Missy, the pink counterpart to Huggy Wuggy, is one of the more popular characters in Poppy Playtime. While she first properly appearead in Chapter 2: Fly in a Web, where she had a minor role, she is heavily involved with the plot of Chapter 3: Deep Sleep. Which leaves the ending and her eventual fate even more of a mystery. As you and Poppy descend into the darkness, you will hear a blood-curdling scream from a monster. Poppy will cry out for Missy, telling her to hang on and that you are coming to help her. The screen then cuts to black, and the credits roll — signaling the end of Chapter 3.
