I was wondering if anyone knew of any low profile 35mm concealed hinges that would work with the drawer — that are available in the UK. I found it easier to relocate the hinge hole in the door. I used to drill the 35 hole with a Forster bit, but found that after about 6 holes it starts to blunt meaning you have to put a lot of pressure on it to make it cut. I now use a router and home made template which is so much easier. The holes had to be drilled a bit bigger to fit the Ikea Komplement hinge screws, as the original hacker stated. All that went fine and the new hinge indeed can provide enough clearance to allow the drawer to be at the bottom. But be forewarned that in order to adjust the hinge to have the clearance for the drawer, the doors will end up with a larger gap in the middle….
